Our co-designer for the project, Nicole, was kind enough to show her place and share a few details about her space and furniture. She is an Emily Carr Design student and will be assisting us in our market research and prototyping.
Below are a few shots of her studio apartment located in downtown Vancouver. The floor space is approximately 470 square feet.
Living in a Bachelor apartment in downtown, she has to compromise on living in a tight space, but does enjoy a decent view from the 17th floor. Her interest in modular furniture and adapted salvaged objects makes her place an active and functional live and work studio.
